RATES - CENTRAL LONDON HOLIDAY FLAT

Rental costs are for the whole apartment and rental periods can start and end on any day of the week and can be for any duration (minimum 3 days) subject to availability. NOTE: 2 night breaks will be considered providing they can be fitted in with existing bookings.
Arrival and departure times are not set and can normally be varied to suit individual requirements. However unless agreed beforehand departure should be by 11am and arrival not before 3pm.
What's included.
The flat will be cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival and will include all bed linen, duvets and towels. Electricity and heating costs are also included. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. If you feel like a night in there is a Flat Screen Digital TV with Freeview and you will find a selection of books, cd's and dvd's in the lounge. We also have free Wi-Fi Broadband connection. There is also a small fact sheet with some 'what to do' suggestions and a recommendation file of local restaurants in the area. We can also advise on taxi/bus transfers to and from the airport. Should you need anything during your stay, we will be happy to help. Booking To make a booking. In the first instance check the Calendar on the 'Availability Page' or contact us via e-mail Paul and Jean Howell or telephone 01992 581844. Once you have chosen your dates complete the 'Make a Booking Request' form or fill in the booking/availability request form on the 'To Book' page and we will let you know if the flat is available for your chosen dates.
Terms and Conditions 1. BOOKING For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance the total amount is payable on booking. For all other bookings a deposit of £150 is payable. The balance of the rent is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival (we will invoice you at this time). All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
2. CANCELLATION In the event of you needing to cancel your holiday we will try and re-let the flat. If this is possible your money will be refunded, less a small handling charge. If we are unable to re-let your holiday then none of the monies paid to us can be refunded. You are recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
3. Key Deposit £25.00 Refundable on return of keys.
4. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Our visitors are asked to arrive after 3 pm and to vacate the flat by 11am on the day of departure.
5. PETS We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets.
6. HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY We ask all our visitors to take reasonable care of the flat and to report all breakages to us as soon as possible. Please leave the flat clean and tidy at the end of your holiday.
7. We reserve the right to make changes and amend and update these details at our discretion.
