Situated in a great location just north of Oxford Street the flat is an ideal base from which to explore London.

The immediate area has delightful squares and buildings, and abounds with good Pubs and Restaurants - spilling out onto the pavements in good weather - whilst across the road is the local grocery store, the paper shop is just round the corner and breakfast is available at the cafe bar opposite.There is also a good choice of sandwich bars, restaurants and delicatessens close by.

The flat is situated on the second floor of a small mansion block and the lounge windows overlook the street (not a main road) with views towards Oxford Street. The large bedroom is situated at the rear. There is a separate kitchen, and bathroom with full sized bath and power shower. The flat is light, bright and airy in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. In the evening there is a choice of 3 Pubs and six good reasonably priced Restaurants all with 50 yards of the flat, not to mention the rest of London virtually on your doorstep.
